Sol Body Care was dreamt up
and brought to life to empower and remind others of their innate capabilities to heal. All humans have a natural capacity to heal and grow, it is hardwired in us. When we give our body the proper care it needs, we are able to put our mind, body, and spirit in a place to thrive and we can finally get back to our peace and happiness.
It is my goal to assist bringing people back to their nature with the use of colon hydrotherapy and natural living practices. Growing up with my own health issues, I was able to find healing through colon hydrotherapy, herbs, and holistic practices.
I am so grateful to be able to be of service and share all i've learned along the way with you. It was important for me to open an office in the local 562 area because there aren't many offices offering this service here. It is my goal to make cleansing accessible, affordable, and normalized. What is Colon hydrotherapy?
Colon Hydrotherapy is a safe, gentle infusion of purified water into the colon via the rectum. It is an effective method of cleansing the colon, removing impacted fecal matter and toxins that may have been lodged in the colon for weeks, months, and even over the span of years. The average person has 5-10 pounds of waste sitting in their large intestine. It is essential to cleanse the colon regularly to maintain good health. Western medicine is now acknowledging the importance of gut health and the colon being the seat of vitality. All other organs depend on the colons optimal functioning to keep the body well and balanced. When the colon isn't working as it should, the liver, gallbladder, spleen, kidneys, and other organs will begin to hold the burden of toxins they would normally dispose of into the large intestine. This process of recirculating toxins is known as "autointoxication". The entire body is put under stress when the colon isn't running properly.
