Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Sol Body Care for your wellness needs. To secure your appointment, a $20 deposit is required upon booking. We understand that plans may change, so you have the flexibility to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit. Your deposit will be credited towards your next appointment if rescheduled within this timeframe.
 

You have the option to reschedule your appointment once while retaining your deposit. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, fail to show up, or request a second reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited as our time has been reserved exclusively for you.
 

For clients who have purchased a package or series of colonics, please note that failure to provide  a v  24 hour advance notice of cancellation or being a no-show will result in the session being counted as used. This policy ensures the efficient use of our time, as Sol Body Care is operated by a sole practitioner.
